Our Story

A little bakery with a big love for pastry

Petite Croissanterie began as a weekend obsession — perfecting the butter-to-dough ratio, obsessing over lamination folds, chasing that ideal honeycomb crumb.

What started as gifts for friends and family became something more. Today we bake in small, intentional batches using techniques borrowed from French pâtisseries and a commitment to doing one thing exceptionally well.

Every croissant leaves our kitchen the same day it's baked. No shortcuts. Just good butter, good flour, and a lot of patience.
