Our Story

A little bakery with a big love for pastry

Petite Croissanterie is a small-batch home bakery in Elk Grove, CA. What started as a passion project — perfecting lamination folds, obsessing over honeycomb crumb — became a weekly baking ritual shared with the community.

Every croissant is made with organic Central Milling artisan flour and European butter, shaped entirely by hand and baked fresh for pickup. No freezers. No shortcuts. Just a 2-day process done right.
